You will be able to explain the reasons for your coming and what motivates you in this process. I will then outline my work method and philosophy.
Following this first interview, you will take a few days to feel if you want to commit to this therapeutic process.

Sessions - 45 minutes
Together we will define a therapeutic framework that best suits your needs, your desires and your availability. This framework will allow you to evolve during therapy in a safe, reassuring and containing environment.
At the office or Online

I prefer consultations at the office. However, with our increasingly busy lifestyles, we can discuss Online Consultations together from time to time (Visio or Phone).
I will do my best to meet your requirements.
