FROM ANGER TO SELF-CONFIDENCE - OCTOBER 2024

Anger is necessary; nothing can be triumphed without it, unless it fills the soul, unless it warms the heart; it must therefore serve us, not as a leader, but as a soldier’.

WHY COME AND EXPERIENCE A COURSE ON ANGER?

Among the emotions that run through us, anger is imbued with a formidable energy that enables us to reconnect with our own strength.

When this powerful energy emerges inside us, it tells us that something is not right and that what we are experiencing is unfair, so it is precious.

In our Western societies, anger has a bad reputation, even though it deserves our full attention, as do all our emotions.

When it is denied or swallowed, there is a long-term risk that it will come out in the form of depression, violence or aggression.
Anger is like an inner barometer.

Daring to explore this essential energy allows you to sense when your limits have been exceeded, to feel when you haven't dared to say no.
During this course, I'll be offering you tools that will help you learn to position yourself better in your life, to set limits calmly, to dare to be yourself, without denying yourself or attacking others.

Its primary purpose is to help you gain respect and set limits.

Well-directed anger helps you to assert your choices and prevents you from accumulating unsaid things.

Using tools from Psycho-Organic Analysis, such as daydreams, psychodramas and organic experiences, I suggest that during this residential course you welcome your anger, let it express itself and trust it. It's by getting in touch with your anger that you'll get in touch with your inner strength.

I offer you a caring environment in which you can express your emotions and feelings that have been held back and encysted in your body.
